Today I would like to show you a very delicious dessert the most popular import from my home country Thailand. Actually I saw in Australia have a lot of sweet mango and I would love in invited you to enjoy cooking this.
Mango sticky rice – a popular sweet sticky rice with coconut milk and fresh mangoes.
Make your favorite Southeast Asian dessert at home.
Ingredients
- 3 cups sticky rice, soaked overnight in water or thin coconut milk and drained.
- 2 cups canned or fresh coconut milk.
- 3/4 cup palm sugar, or substitute brown sugar.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 4 ripe mangoes, or substitute sliced ripe peaches or papayas.
